Hi,
my name is Chris Natale and I am the owner and one of the teachers
of Absolute bartending. I started bartending in 1982. Over twenty
years later and I still love to bartend. I’ve tended bar
in night clubs, hotels, restaurants and more night clubs. I’ve
consulted in the development and set-up of many bars and restaurants.
I’ve sponsored and promoted parties, helped with charity
events, competed in major events, all because of my passion for
bartending.
There is always something new to learn. Weather it’s from
a busboy, a bartender or a customer, never stop learning. Over
my bartending career, I’ve developed better, faster and
more entertaining ways to prepare cocktails. In doing so, I improved
my sales, my tips, and my client base.
At Absolute, our objective is to make sure our students are the
best trained bartenders anywhere. Our students need to acquire
all the knowledge and vital skills necessary to become a complete
bartender. To do so, it starts with the foundation of building
a relationship of mutual respect between teacher and student.
At Absolute Bartending you don’t receive the diploma just
because you paid for the course, you have to earn it. That is
one reason why we have such a great reputation. All of our graduates
are capable bartenders and only capable bartenders get our diploma.
