Courses are given in an actual bar, in private, small groups, extremely hands-on. We develop your skills in an atmosphere that is exciting, comfortable and sociable. We use alcohol to prepare our cocktails and we have all the alcohol necessary to prepare almost any cocktail imaginable and they are yours to enjoy.

Small Groups: In order for you to get the training you deserve and for us to achieve the high standards we set for you, we limit our class size to 10-15 students only. With a small group you will benefit from a variety of specially designed practice sessions and receive the personalized attention and practice time you need.

Hands-on program: Every student is guaranteed lots of practice in every class. As the course progresses, practice time become longer, more exciting, and more challenging. By the end of the course you will have developed your speed and the ability to handle multiple cocktails, while incorporating fluid motion. We train you to become a complete bartender an Absolute Bartender (capable & knowledgeable).

Effective Techniques: Strong emphasis on techniques designed for handling multiple cocktails, maximizing your speed and for absolute service while developing your own style.

As for the theory, it’s not just about the type of glassware to use or the difference between single malt scotch and blended scotch or about the hundreds of recipes, it’s also about how to handle different situations, the tricks of the trade and about developing your own personality and style behind the bar….We are “The Complete Bartending Experience”.

Speed Skills
$40.00/hour
One hour sessions, designed to perfect your techniques, increase your bar speed and to eliminate the bad habits. All in the goal to make you a more complete, faster, smoother bartender. The speed sessions are open to current and graduated students of Absolute Bartending Institute who wants to improve their speed and techniques in order to keep up with the high volume of the bar.
Available in private (1-on-1) or semi-private (2-on-1)

Course Terms & Conditions

1.0 A cancellation / Transfer fee of $150.00 is applicable if the student fails to give sufficient notice of at least seven days prior to the start of the registered course.

1.1 If it becomes necessary for a student to withdraw from the course after it has started, we must be notified by registered mail. The date of the reception of the registered letter will be the only consideration in calculating the number of hours taken.

1.2 If the contract is cancelled after the merchant has begun to perform his duties the consumer must pay;
a- $150.00 for administration cost and canceling a confirmed reservation

b-the price of the services already rendered plus materials used (alcohol, student handbooks and recipe book).

1.3 It is clearly understood that if any student fails to attend class, no telephone notification, canceled checks or N.S.F. does not cancel this agreement and does not affect the student’s obligation to make payments.

2.0 All tests and files remain the property of the school. No specific results will be given to anyone without consent of the student and the school manager.

3.0 The school reserves the right to postpone a class for any reason seen fit. The registration fee will be held over by the school until the start of the session or until a written request is made by the student to get their money back.

4.0 The merchant must restore the money owed to the consumer within 10 days of the contract cancellation.
