The thing I liked the most is the “Personalized System”,
he’s more like a friend. He was professional enough to teach the
course and friendly enough to make everyone comfortable.
Organized and fun at the same time. It’s the best in town. I am
confident about my bartending skills.
Awesome hands-on experience! The teacher was helpful and specific to
each students needs and was very motivating.I didn’t know what
I was getting into at first, now I’m very happy I took the course.
I’m glad I chose Absolute over the other. I feel prepared to bartend

Dear Chris,
I’m taking the time to write this letter in the hopes that you
are able to share it with your students and clients who are thinking
about pursuing a career in the bar industry. Like the other students
in your course I was really excited about the prospects of bartending
as a career but it wasn’t until you said to my class that bartending
is a universal constant throughout the world that I started to think
about the opportunities that might be available to me across the globe.
After completing your course I decided to pack up from Montreal to travel
the world for a year. Over the trip I traveled to 5 continents and over
40 different countries. As the financing for my trip became tighter
I started to pick up bartending jobs around the world. I got the opportunity
to bartend in a fancy “A” list Club in London England as
well as High Class Cabaret Bar in Surfer’s Paradise Australia.
If it hadn’t been for your course I would have never been able
to travel for as long as I did or see have of the amazing sights this
world has to offer.
My bar managers were so impressed with my knowledge of cocktails and
customer service that I was able to quickly move up the ranks to become
the head bartender at both establishments. Finding these jobs was a
million times easier and the skills that you thought gave me the confidence
and the knowledge to impress my employers as well as open doors of advancement
and opportunity.
In conclusion hope this letter will show your students that the skills
they acquire in your course are limitless. If you’re looking for
a career locally or abroad, this is the course you need to be taking.
Not only do I recommend this course but I stand behind it as the foundation
of a career which has blessed me with countless experiences.

My name is Andrea and I just finished taking the McGill SSMU Mini Course
with you these last past weeks. I wanted to thank you for inspiring a
non-alcoholic such as myself to get into bartending. Right after class,
I went to a bar and unknowingly began making mental notes about the bartender
(his technique was off, he scooped ice with the glass etc...). I have
a question regarding when you will be teaching another full course class
here. You probably get this all the time but just to let you know, you
were awesome!

I was surprised and very pleased with all the information you covered.
The notes are simple and easy to understand and it’s a lot of fun
being able to practice everything you learn in a real bartending environment.
The Into the Fire party was a blast as well. I highly recommend anyone
taking this course to do the party. Start telling your friends about it
the moment you start the course.
Your contacts in the bartending industry got me my first job and right
away I appreciated everything I learned. People see me work and think
I’ve been working in a bar for years. They ask me to keep an eye

Chris,
I just wanted to thank you again for putting together such an amazing
course. The classes were always fun and professional, and the content
was straightforward. Dave always created a very comfortable learning environment;
his friendly and sincere personality combined with his veteran-like command
of the course content made the students respect him to the fullest extent.
The party was...crazzzy! I really appreciated the opportunity to work
in a real bar scenario. At first I wasn't sure how I would perform (even
though I was very confident) but the fact that you and Collin were there
definitely helped. I feel like that night taught me a lot about the reality
of bartending (minus the whipped cream fight...Jesyka looked hot all creamed
up! hehehe).
Anyways, I’m currently working and gaining experience at @#%**#@$%$.

The party was awesome, everyone had an amazing time, and more importantly
it was really good work experience for the students. I learned a hell
of a lot of stuff that you can't really teach in class and while that
was a little scary during the party, i now definitely feel a lot more
comfortable behind a bar. It was definitely something i would recommend
doing to anyone in the class.

How's it going? Just wanted to let you know it took me four shampoo's
to get all that whip cream out of my hair!! Collin is dead meat for that!
lol! I just wanted to thank you for putting on such a great night for
us yesterday at cheers! I had an amazing time! I also wanted to find out

I didn't really get the chance to say bye last night after the Into the
fire
party. I just wanted to say thank you and tell you that I'm really happy
to
have taken the bartending course with Absolute!
You're a great teacher and friend and that's why learning and having fun
while doing so was so easy!
I had an awsome 4 sundays and Into the Fire party ! You're the best ;)
